This is a wide open stretch in the middle of nowhere between Albion and Parma in Jackson County. Numerous State Police engage in a daily coordinated effort in late afternoon and early evenings. Enforcement cars are parked in the median dip at the N. Concord exit, or on the hidden "below the ground" ramps, or on top of the Gibbs Road overpass, or in and around the M-99 exit. Numerous stops made in front of Family Life Radio WUFN 96.7 FM just west of the N. Concord Road exit. Each car gets individual attention along this stretch. Thursdays and Fridays especially seem active along this stretch.
