Maine Speed traps are just before exit 19 in center median,
Exit 38 just before or after, Police have a unmarked van on overpass,
They scan license then radio ahead to unmarked police cars just pass the overpass. Sometimes there are 5 or more police cars waiting. On route 109 at fire station and at legion hall in Wells towards Sanford in Maine.
