So it's 2 court dates, one to get the exact model of the gun and the other to prove your point. but when you do prove it , it's impressive in the courtroom. try it . I did and beat it more than once already.once you exceed the margim of error, the accuracy cannot be proven therefore they cant prove you were speeding. those guns are designed to work straight ahead at incomming traffic , not from an angle from the street to above the overpass.

Can you confirm this is an accurate statement with regard to Laser Guns? FWIW, State Troopers are using Laser at the Marina Mile / I-95 overpass location. They are in position from approximately 9 am to 1 pm Saturday mornings.
