I-95 crossing Marina Mile/S.R.84

Fort Lauderdale, FloridaApr 07, 20102 Comments

Trooper line up in their cars on the north and south on-ramps for I-95, while one Trooper is parked in the middle of the over pass above. He clocks you at a distance as you’re coming up to the overpass and radios the cruisers lined up to intercept.

Yes the cops are always in full force at this location. The only you need to know is that any judge will throw it out as the angle by which they capture you speeding at is far off the alotted margin of error that any speedgun device is capable of giving an accurate speed record. you have to have the time to fight it and bring in proof of the margin of error which is supplied with any speed gun bought or available. So it's 2 court dates, one to get the exact model of the gun and the other to prove your point. but when you do prove it , it's impressive in the courtroom. try it . I did and beat it more than once already.once you exceed the margim of error, the accuracy cannot be proven therefore they cant prove you were speeding. those guns are designed to work straight ahead at incomming traffic , not from an angle from the street to above the overpass.

"the angle by which they capture you speeding at is far off the alotted margin of error that any speedgun device is capable of giving an accurate speed record." Can you confirm this is an accurate statement with regard to Laser Guns? FWIW, State Troopers are using Laser at the Marina Mile / I-95 overpass location. They are in position from approximately 9 am to 1 pm Saturday mornings.
