I-95 @ Exit 104
I have now seen the Chatham County Sheriff’s Department running this trap 2 times in the past month.A marked SUV sits on the median just south of exit 104 (Savannah Airport Exit) which is right at the Savannah – Pooler City Line. Chatham County has a Police Department which usually does all of the traffic enforcement but perhaps they are now using the Sheriff’s Department to increase revenue.

CCSD does assist SCMPD and Pooler PD but it's to line their own pockets. Pretty much everything from the state line south to around exit 104 is fair game for them.... Also their cars have plate recognizition cameras ( those are the "cans" on top of their lightbars) so they can tag you for insurance and plate violations too.
