I-95 SB @ State Line
Young inbred looking fellow likes to sit in the median at the state line and issue tickets for no seatbelt. Just a little welcome to North Carolina! In all fairness, I travel this stretch weekly, and only once have I seen a cop at the state line- the time he got me.
