I-95 south, just before the bridge to New Hampshire
For no particular reason, the speed limit drops from 65 to 55 about two miles before the bridge. The Maine Staties stand there, and wave over speeders in groups. I have seen three cop-cars lined up, waving over several speeders. I observed this going north, and watched my speed on the way down that afternoon.
