I live near Exit 117 and used it often. The speeder sting has been about a monthly occurrence until this fall (09). My understanding is that Ingham County had a Federal grant to do the sting. I don't know if it has expired or if they're just off for the winter. There probably has never been a speed-related accident anywhere near there.
