I1-10 S, Mile Marker 81
Sunday afternoon 3:30pm 08/18/2002, road condition good, trafic light.
Sherif standing in frount of construction cones just after a curve in road. No speed zones marked after Construction Ahead Sign at MM.78, this was a doubld fine area. Posted speed was 65. Officer was on the left side of road as he waved me over to the right shoulder, he was almost run over by a truck doing about 60.
