I10 near mile marker 212
Typically FHP patrols with VASCAR from an aircraFort Lots of stretches of flat highway where it is easy to pick up speed. All of a sudden, a welcoming committee of about 6 or 7 cars pulling people over. Quarter- and half-mile markers on road many places on I10 throughout Tallahassee and Leon County.
