I26 East and West
Doesn’t matter which way you are going. As soon as you enter North Carolina from either Tennessee or S. Carolina the speed limit drops and the police are waiting within 1/4 mile of the state line to see if you noticed. If you missed it, you get a ticket – especially if you are from out of state!

Wrong, Tenn speed limit is 50 mph, when you enter NC, speed limit goes up to 60 mph.
