Near mile marker 49 before rest stop. Lenox police officer J. Partain pulled me and 22 other drivers over in one shift. He wrote 30 citations totaling over $12,000. The average citizen of Cook County earns $11,000 yearly. The officer was clearly profiling minorities from tickets I examined and clearly targeting out of state drivers.
