Illinois Route 83 (Kingery Expressway)
They hide on the ramp from 31st Street to northbound Rt. 83. Rt 83 is a 4-lane limited access highway at this point. Oak Brook is a rich Chicago suburb. This trap is obviously just a money making operation – Oak Brook has no property owners anywhere near the right-of-way, which is itself fenced off.
