Marina PD has officers posted off the side of the road in places not visable to the traveling motorists. This speed trap has is heavily patrolled by two agencies. Both the CHP and the Marina PD are posted.

Yes Marina has an abundance of traffic cops posted there on a regular basis. Marina generates enough revenue for the entire county of Monterey issuing more violations than all of the other neighboring cities combined.
