Police officer parks prependicular to the highway on grassy spot inside a fenced area next to 1020 Matson Ford Rd, facing the target area. There are two faded white lines, 200 feet apart, in front of where officer hides, that the officer uses to determine speed using an ‘Acutrak’ stopwatch device. Upon detection, police vehicle jumps the curb and pursues violator.
