This one is a lot worse than the one you have mentioned and is less than a mile from it. Flashing yellow warning lights tell you to reduce your speed from 45 mph to 25 mph when children are present. However the local CHP have been quoted in the paper stateing that speed limit is in force doing all school hours and activities. Tickets are being written becuse in Red Bluff it is the drives job to know all school hours. I live here and I don’t know them all, but don’t trust those flashing lights to tell you when to slow down.
