In Gifford, on 45th St. between 43rd Ave. and US1
They like to sit at the convience store on 45th St, a couple blocks west of the middle school. Also, in the bus pick-up area at Gifford middle school. They are out there nearly every night from about 11p.m. to 5a.m. and are usually in groups of 2 or more.
