In key bank parking lot at Night RT 146 & RT 9
As you pass RT. 146 going north you will pass the Key Bank on your Rt .. The Sheriff is parked in the parking lot of the bank facing north .
So this means he can get you coming south by Snyders at the light at Fire RD also .. These guys are ruthless for $$$$$$$
