In Schiller Park on Irving park rd.
Traveling west bound on Irving Park Road starting at Cumberland the speed limit jumps from 30 to 45 as you go through the forest preserves. as you approach river road, and the end of the forest preserves, the speed limit goes from 45 to 30. the Schiller park police are always catching speeders as they cross river road at 45mph
Also on Irving park road traveling east bound along side of Ohare airport the speed limit is 50mph, as you cross Mannheim and enter Schiller Park the speed limit goes back down to 30mph.

First off, in broad daylight, there are parking lots to the forest preserve you can easily see them. Cops do not hide here. They are in plain sight. At night, they are more active. They will nail strays flying past 50 but if flow of traffic is 50 or 55 mph among a group of vehicles, they do nothing.
As for eastbound alongside O'Hare, speed limit is 55 and reduces to 40 when you get to the right curve before going to Mannheim. Then after you pass Mannheim it drops down to 35 when you pass under 294. 30 shortly thereafter.
