In the desert before and after ‘downtown’.
Nevada State Patrol is there on a regular basis, even weekends. I’ve been through there on 6 occasions in the past few months. There is no need of a 3-4 mile long 45mph zone where there are only 2-3 house! Of those 6 times I’ve been through there the Highway Patrol had paying customers pulled over 5 times, the other time it was 3am and sparse traffic.
