In the middle of town
Rockville Utah is on the way to Zion National Park, just 4 miles before the gate to the park. Springdale Cops love to hang out in this town with Radar. Speed goes from 65 to 40mph for about 2 miles through the town. They sit in a Ford F150 under the trees along the road. They are hard to pick out. The town Mayor like the ticket money, but does not like the people that go to court. It costs the town more money than the ticket because they have to pay the city Lawyer on a case by case costs.
