In the Parking Lot of Wal-Mart on Siegen Lane
Those sneaky cops stay right by the door of Wal-mart running radar! They will totally lie and say you were going 50 in a 15 mile per zone on private property. Fines are through the roof. I showed up at court and the officer didn’t so I got off without a problem. I think that is the trick.

Yeah, they got me too. I was like idling and they said I was doing 45. Same thing, officer did not show up for court.
