In Town/ Before Bridge
Local enforcement officer sometimes sits before the bridge on US 14. When in town, either on the side streets near town center, or at the R & M Liquidators parking lot. This officer has also been known to be anywhere within the Readstown city limits on the side of Highway 14.

Sunday, 12 Jun 2011. North end of town on Hwy 131. Brown city police SUV parked under tree. Hardly marked, could only identify by two funny looking short antennae protruding from roof, and took notice only because some thoughtful car flashed his lights to me as I was riding by motorcycle into town from the north. Got to pay for that $50,000 SUV somehow, even if that means working on Sundays !
