Ince Blvd. Between Washington Blvd. and Lucerne Ave.
Ince Blvd is a long street without speed bumps. There is always a motorcycle cop waiting at the end of the block towards Lucerne. They usually park between cars that are parked on the street or they wait on Carson St. By then, you have picked up more speed.

I'm tired of idiots speeding thru this family area and crying about getting a speeding ticket.
Maybe a baseball bat thru the windshield will get people to slow down, this would be less violent then having a child run down.
To the person who wrote the above comment: please consider therapy or an extended anger management class. In the meantime, I will acknowledge your existence by flooring it when I drive through your neighborhood.
