Woburn police usually park in any number of business parking lots behind hedges and small trees. As cars come up Industrial road through the office parks, the police clock them. The posted speed limit is 30. The police are usually there between 8:15am and 1:00pm tagging people who are generally late for work or coming back from lunch.
