Coming from the entrance to Forrest Crossing off Royal Oaks Blvd between Hwy 96 and Mack Hatcher in toward the "round about" Franklin police hide in the side streets and will flag you over if you are going anything over 25mph. The city has just changed the speed limit there from 30 to 25 within the past year…so they are there to enforce the change. Generally they sit there when most people are just getting off work and coming home. In the mornings they sometime hide up on the hill driveway to the Bone and Joint Clinic, or in the cross median street just after the "round about" to watch for drivers leaving Forrest Crossing as well. Driving through the main drag of Forrest Crossing any time is trecherous.
