The troopers will hide off to the right hand side, just after the Chestnut Street off ramp. Due to the overpass, you cannot see them until you are on top of them. It’s a big State Police Party. There are usually 3-4 cruisers, one or two officers using hand helds while the other two or three officers pull over the motorists. It’s a blatant speed trap / revenue generator. The speed limits is 45 MPH and I’ve been pulled over going 60 (which is hardly highway speeds, let alone getting ready to merge onto 91S).
