THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE 3 COP CARS PARKED IN THE LITTLE STRIP MALL PARKING LOT & STAND THERE AT THE LIGHT AND WALK ACROSS THE CLOSEST 2 LANES TO THEM LOOKING AT TAGS & INTO CARS TO MAKE SURE ALL PASSENGERS ARE BUCKLED IN. THEY ARE THERE ALLL THE TIME!!

They also stand behind the hedges that run along the sidewalk, in Alamo Thrift Store's parking lot, where they are hidden and on foot, and shoot radar from the bushes there quite often.
