Interstate 10 between Desert Hills truck scales and Hwy 111
Airplane surveillance of traffic, usually on friday mornings. I have seen the plane on many occasions and I beleive, travelling eastbound, that the citing officer on the ground sits on the Verbenia Ave onramp.
