Interstate 10 East near Exit Number 69
Just past Exit 69, after coming off of the long I-10 bridge, you will see a large bush in the median to your left, which is directly across from the Exit 69 on-ramp. Occasionally there will be a trooper parked behind that bush, completely out of view. I was hit with a laser for doing 93 in the posted 70 MPH zone.

If you happen to keep a eye on the rearview mirror and notice a hiway patrol cop SLOW DOWN to the min. speed for interstates, 45 miles per hour, REALLY PISSES THEM OFF, but its LEGAL and if they pull you over they will tell you that you are "IMPEADING TRAFFIC". Ask them to define that and they get all flustered and can't provide you with a definition of just what "IMPEADING TRAFFIC" means. It really screws up their day.
