East of Deming there are several of the most intelligent people that the PD has to offer who park in the middle of the road supposedly enforcing the law and keeping roads safe. The truth is that these geniuses are there giving tickets to meet quotas and to pay for their overtime. I would like to know how many of the stops are warnings vs money citations. Anyone know? What kind of education is required to be a speed monitor that sits around on the highway all day or that drives around all day wasting gas and breaking the laws because of police immunity?
