On the I-10 (Katy Freeway) eastbound feeder road. HPD sits at the Studemont underpass and get many unsuspecting cars exiting I-10 onto the feeder road. I-10 is 60 mph, but the feeder is only 35, the exit is short, so it is very easy to be going above the limit when you take the Heights/Studemont exit. The officers are tough to see, but there are always at least 2 of them. This is a very common trap from 10am – 5pm any day of the week. I have seen them there on Sundays.
