Interstate 15 near Exit Number 188
There is a construciton zone here and the speed limit is all the way down to 55 ! There was a UHP car and what turned out to be an unmarked truck in the median by the bridge. Just after I went by, the truck, which was a huge purple Barney the dinosaur-like bus, came after me and stopped me. Usually unmarked cars would probably be fun, but I wonder what this guy did to get stuck in that.
