In reference to Interstate 20 eastbound near state route 5, there are no ICE units in that area on the interstate. They don't have them. Next time, slow down and read the side of the car/suv. Also, it's not a speed "trap". Who's determining how fast you're driving? It's that loose nut behind the wheel with the heavy right foot.
