Interstate 20 near Exit Number 105 and 109

Rutledge, GeorgiaJul 20, 20062 Comments

State and county boy’s sit in the wooded area that divides the east and west bound lanes of I-20. This stretch is better known as "Booger Hollow" because of the constant police activity. There have been several fatal car accidents within this area, but most were due to the drivers falling asleep. The police will SNEAK OUT of a cut through road and be all over you in a minute. GSP has a post at exit 109.

I am so glad the Rutledge could no longer afford their police department. They were in over their heads anyway. Any city wanting a police department should figure out what the per capita citizens to cost of a police department is. Rutledge population approx 500 - cost to run police program $75,000 so that equals $150 for every man woman and child. That would put them at like #5 in the state and the local city concil never even knew it.
