Interstate 20

Moody, AlabamaSep 24, 20082 Comments

Moody city police seen on the interstate. The US Census states that Moody had population of 8,053 in 2000 and an estimate of 12,827 in 2008. Title 32 in Alabama states that no city under 19,000 has the legal right to enforce traffic laws on the interstate. Any traffic law. Moody is breaking the law by attempting to enforce traffic laws. Many people state that the area is big on drug trafficking and that seems to be the reason for the police being there, but they have no legal right to enforce traffic laws of any kind on the interstate.

The Moody PD is definitely working dope on I-20. Also for the record, any sworn officer can stop a vehicle and cite it for any moving violation on the interstate, expect for speeding, even in cities with a population of under 19,000. Thanks to that elitist puke State Senator Lowell Barron from that crap hole Fife Al. Barron thinks he's better than we mere mortals who must abide by the law.
