Interstate 22 near Interstate 219
Leaving Ebensburg traveling East on route 22 just over crest of hill speed limit is 45, one mile outside of town it is 55 then it goes up to 65 , all on the same road.

These are US routes, NOT Interstates. And this trap is worse travelling westbound TOWARDS Ebensburg as the speed limit drops twice.
