Yep, you are correct! Barney Fife is working this area of the freeway. Keep in mind that the I-271 and Cedar Road area north bound has a high volume of accidents. It's probably from people talking on the phone and not noticing the traffic stopped on the freeway because of the backed up exit. If you have a problem with it, why don't you contact the Ohio Department of Transportation and ask them to do something about the traffic issue. If ODOT would fix the exit Barney would probably be able to leave the area! But, until then, he will probably need to keep writing tickets to violators.
