Interstate 280 near Exit Number 6 thru 8, both directions
The 65 mph speed limit is not unrealistic, but enforcement is heavy through the area. Particularly headed westbound, once you get over the top of the 2nd big hill, the road flattens and the temptation is there to drive faster. I frequently see police officers crouched behind bridge abutments and in the center median.
