Interstate 295
Interstate 295 southbound just before exit 4 around the 5.4 mile marker there is an open space area on the left hand side of the road where state troopers will sit. You cannot see them because of the trees.

This is in Salem County, not the city of Salem. The town is actually Carneys Point.
