Interstate 30 at Dalrock Road
Rowlett recently annexed the land from the city of Dallas Parks Department and immediately started enforcement on I-30 at the Dalrock Road overpass on the Dallas and Rockwall county line located in the middle of Lake Ray Hubbard. The new patrols have been extremely busy and are creating more gridlock on I-30 during the rush hour traffic periods.
