Interstate 310 near Interstate 10
interstate 310 north and south bound lanes, interstate 10 east and west bound lanes on the 12 mile bridge between laplace and kenner. state police are on the side of the road with their trunks open and what apears to be a broke down car, is a policeman running radar! so be on the lookout for them on these sections of the interstate.
