I have witnessed several cars pulled over at once between Faribault and Owatonna. I think it started after numerous accidents occurred on this stretch a few years ago involving loose semi-trailer loads and drunk drivers. I grew up next to 35 south of Faribault and there has always been trooper activity, but not as bad as it is now! Be careful and make sure your load is secure.
