Interstate 35 near 5th ave w. Avenue
THe highway patrol sits on the east side of the 5th ave w.overpass. They are there around the time for the afternoon commute home. I see alot of people pulled over by the tunnels heading east.

This is a favorite hunting place for the State Patrol. The speed limit drops from 55 to 50 as northbound I-35 approaches downtown Duluth. Those who are still flying along above 60 (considering a 10 mph leeway) will get pulled over after the tunnels.
