Interstate 35/70 near Oak center of town Street
I got stopped and written for 56 in a 45. Yea sure. I never saw a 45 MPH sign. There is NO construction there. Guess it was the out of state lisense plates. Too bad KC is in such a bad financial bind to need this kind of thievery.
