Hwy 35E south out of St. Paul to Eagan. As you cross the Mississippi river bridge and start up the hill south of Hwy 13, all traffic speeds up well beyond the speed limit. As you crest the hill – there is a bridge across Hwy 35E where Hwy Patrol sits with radar/laser gun. Over the hill beyond sight will be a group of 4 to 8 trooper cars to pull over speeders identified from the bridge.

Have seen at all times of day, but at end of morning rush is most often time. North-bound traffic into St. Paul is still slow and backed up – so those going South toward Eagan get a bit of extra joy of being able to move quickly. State Troopers make the most of it.
