Interstate 380 near W. Melrose Street
One getting off 380 onto Melrose St. toward the U. will find themselves dropping from 70 mph to the offramp & stop sign. Then, turning east there is a quick 35 mph followed by another drop (I think unnecessarily low) to 25 mph. You must be diligent in paying attention to this drop in speed after having been going twice that speed in such a short time frame.

When the speed drops to 25 mph, you've entered the town of University Heights, a community that is completely surrounded by Iowa City. It has it's own police force. 95% of their time is taken up with speed traps as very little else happens there.
