Interstate 39/US-51 near Foxglove Road U-Turn
State Patrol, often in an unmarked car, will sit in the U-Turn in the middle of the interstate after the unreasonably early speed reduction from 65-55 was moved about a mile further south. I constantly see cars pulled over at that location.
