Interstate 4 near McIntosh Road
Occasionally they have a plane over I-4 around the McIntosh overpass and they’ll sit on the site of the entrance ramp waiting. It’s usually on a clear day for obvious reasons._

The cops are not going to pull you over when its raining.They might get wet.Even though alot of people are breaking the law with no headlights on when its raining.Their excuse is thay don't have the man power.
