Interstate 40 Business near Interstate 52 North
I-40 business west, right outside downtown Winston-Salem, at the exit ramp for 52 North. Police car was sitting in the shoulder just past the ramp, where speed drops from 65 to 45, shooting radar behind him. The signs are fairly hard to see at night due to overgrown trees/weeds.

At no point is the speed limit on Business 40 65MPH, the max is 60. The speed limit drops from 60 to 55 and then to 45 about a mile later.
