Watch for police cars parked on the concrete banks beneath overpasses on all Knoxville freeways. Often, the patrol car is empty and left there as a reminder, but sometimes there will be an officer in it, "taking pictures." Also, keep an eye out for KPD Blue Hawks (motorcycle cops) on I-640. They patrol there regularly and they can be hard to spot in traffic.
